Lovveee Archers Voice! It has quite a bit of spice, def not YA! Archer is also mute not deaf. This is my absolute favorite book from the past two years and i hope you enjoy it!!! Can't wait to hear your thoughts! Strangers to Friends to Lovers!

I don't know if it is really dark romance but "Medicine Man" is a good one

I think if you want a space opera I would steer you more towards other authors since in my head Children of Time is more of a generational sci-fi, like its very academic and not very plot or character driven. Like I found it engaging and if you want to see how two societies evolve over generations go for it but if you want other recs let me know!
