The Governor General of Bengal was now the Governor General of India and for the first time all legislative powers for whole of India were centralised in one presidency. Sir ek point or doubt ye tha ki 1833 charter m kha gya ki esse phle k sbhi acts ko regulation kha jayega aur ab se jo bhi banege unhe act kha jaega. Lekin 1833 se phle k sbhi charter ko act hi kha jata h kyun sir. Regulation kyun nhi kha jata.
