It's very easy to get the current time in java! ✅ Simply write this piece of code and format it with SimpleDateFormat()

You don't have to calculate the time or anything yourself, this is how to get current date in java: Date d = new Date();

This way of calling the java current time can be a little tricky, but you'll get the hang of it! They aren't too bad :) If you followed along, congrats! You learned-by-doing!

I hope you enjoyed this tutorial on how to get the java date and java time! I like to have a nice mix of tutorials and actual projects for you all :)

How are you using the time in java?

I'm trying to learn java just for fun. This video is really good !!! While making the clock format, I thought wow it would be cool if it updates so that it displays the correct time while the code is running. I figured a while(true) loop would just run it forever but it, as I should have expected, it prints new lines over and over. I'm interested to see what kind of loop I use to have just the original lines printed but updating them to the current time every minute. Hopefully I'll learn stuff like that as I progress in Java :)

Hey, Great video as always. Quick question, Is there any Java programming websites that you recommend that, alongside your videos, would help improve my Java knowledge?

Very nice video.It is really helpful for experienced as well as beginners.I would also request to show the same operations like forming Timestamp object, extracting time and date from Timestamp object from java.sql package as well.It will be very helpful.Your presentation is also very easy and simple.
