If investment companies are buying mobile home parks then the mobile home park will go broke regardless of high the fees go for renting a space. Investment companies put their debt on acquired companies and then they drive them out of business like Toys 'r' us, Pay less shoes source (that left a hole in where workers at retail stores could buy affordable shoes), SEARS! they drove Sears out of business! Yet politicians on both sides let in continue. They could easily pass legislation to stop this, but these people donate to their campaigns. This is why we need to revamp the government. Get rid of political parties and make lobbying illegal.

Our system is rather closed off. To get a lot of housing you need a credit check, proof of income, and a significant amount up front, and that goes for renting and buying. Crack down on shady landlords that take advantage of tenants who can’t go to the police.

It's a combination of a lot of things, but one thing is for sure. Companies should not be allowed to buy 100s of homes because that more than anything fuel the price increases. No corporate landlords.
