Great, quick tutorial on using the springbok to do the job that I'll be tackling in ~10 days time, once the iron sulphate does its job 👍

Nice video Mike, well explained. Its a great workout scarifying a lawn by hand. I'd just suggest to change hands every ten stokes of the rake or you'll get muscle bound and a bad back by the time you finish.
Also what a posh clean under side of a scarifier .. you must have just got it out of the box. Its scarify time right now at Trinity Lawn Care, we'll be doing it from now till it gets too cold in November.

Good video. I'm scarifying atm. It's very good for your shoulders, if using a rake. Nice to see a video of scarifying the manual (cheap) way, as opposed to the American videos with their big machines. :)

Wrong, you have to put lawn sand down first to kill the moss and thatch, otherwise you are destrurbing the grass and doing a lot of damage, if you put lawn sand down on a sunny day and it doesn't rain for two days then water it in, when it turns black in colour then you can scarify the lawn, this guy hasn't got a clue what he is doing
