Thanks for the video, I would like to mention that SATA is a data cable i.e. it transfers data and has nothing to do with power. Hence, it's better to avoid using the terminology "SATA Power". There is another cable to provide power to the drive, so basically there are two cables for every drive whether it's HD or SDD: one for the power and the other for data.
