I don’t have a cpu slot on my motherboard, what does that mean? I have an Atx12v slot and from what I can find that’s optional and my new power supply doesn’t come with a cable for it, pls help! Everything works fine as of now but I am having trouble with it actually displaying picture to my monitor!

Im recenty building my pc for the first time with a amd ryzen 5600 and amd rx6700 xt and when i boot up my pc it has a red on cpu and orange light on dram and after turning on it shuts off on its own for like 15 seconds is there any solution?
