So it just happened to me and I was installing a game that I havent played in a while, I was confused on what was happening I restarted my PS4 3 times and nothing worked BUT when I deleted the game I was downloading it fixed the issue so maybe it's the game messing with the PS4 or it has to do something with the storage

If you are facing this issue in gta v try to go into settings and change ur timezone i changed mine to turkey and put my time one year ahead and it worked hope it works for yall❤
