ARB Sky Dome swag poles failing after two weeks

Every pole showed evidence of cracking even the two straight poles that go along the roof line the problem seems to originate from the two crimp points at each pole connection considering I have only used it for about two weeks I am a bit disappointed

I’m up to my 3rd set and the local arb shop have said that will be the last set I get. I’m going to pre tape them next time .. I like the idea of the stainless tubing for emergency 👍

Im on my 3rd set of replacement poles for mine (under warranty) . I dont mistreat them as Id heard of them cracking and have been paranoid about looking after them. Does anyone know if someone makes a 3rd party pole set? ARB only have the original ones.

l just wrote you a massive reply and it must have deleted the comment because it had links in there. There is a company in South Australia that makes awesome replacement poles that we purchased before we even got our swag, after hearing heaps of horror stories.
