MEGA 1100 Setup

After our first video introducing the MEGA Swag, many customers have asked us to do a set up video of this swag so here it is!

Hey Brett, have done a load of research - yes especially YouTube but also at some of the competition in the major camping outlets and I’ve taken the plunge for your full Mega 1100 setup, basically sight unseen in terms of physical quality. This is my first ever swag but I’m very satisfied with the few online reviews and comments I can find vs. the major brands and their good / bad points. I can’t wait to get it, season it and try it out. 😊
I’ll be travelling with my pet pup down the East Coast from QLD to VIC, in November, and am excited to be using this setup - I really appreciate the clear attention to detail and thoughtfulness you have taken in your innovative product design and iterations - it may look similar but this is such a well thought out tuning for these style of swags it deserves to be getting great recognition going forward.
I’m planning on trying to season using a soak in a bath, as per some other YouTube guides - would you foresee any issue in doing this for the Kulkyne? I can’t think of any reason myself.
Also - do you have a specific fly option for the Mega - or would one of your existing flys be suitable?
Just need to talk the Minister for Fun & Finances to approve a potential Kulkyne grab bag and I’ll be all set!

The design of the middle pole being closer to the foot makes a lot of sense. Most 3 pole dome swags are a bugger to get in and out of.

It looks awusome, I own the big boy 1100, and its perfect for me, My girlfriend is starting to come camping with me more. We normally just take a kings big daddy swag. she has compland about the hight, the sag with the crappy kings swag. i have been looking at other options for the both of us. since owning my big boy for about 5 years and the fact you guys are Australian owned, this mega 1500 is looking at being a winner.
Question. Does it come with a mattress or is that an extra?

The main door looks heaps bigger than the competition, should be a lot easier getting in and out of the swag. What's the wait time like for the 1100 swag?

Looks pretty good, but just wondering if yous also look at doing an Original Traditional swag sometime in the future.

Out of interest, why does the central pole extend rather than being a fixed size like the other swags?
