Summary:

Controlled Animal Feeding Operations, or CAFOs, create substantial harms to our climate and food system. Yet industry lobbyists and regulators have sidelined one of the most powerful tools to hold CAFOs accountable for their harms – tort law – through the creation of Right to Farm legislation. Our video examines the history of CAFOs, Right to Farm legislation, and outlines the challenges to move forward.
