I used to ride MCTS in the 60's & 70's. The drivers were all men, and usually grumpy.
I'm glad things have changed for the better!

While assisting a complete stranger is a wonderful thing to do this was not done safety wise. As a bus driver she should have pulled over to the side with hazards on and then offered the woman and child to get on bus. Forget about the shoes. I don’t think it was a good idea to abandon her bus in a snowstorm in the road to look for some shoes. Although I respect and applaud her efforts!
