I will say their course especially the fire one was really great for anyone interested. I already had a lot of prior knowledge/ research done and I still picked up a few new things and a ton of resources! I was wondering if you guys could do a breakdown on what to expect in an Earnings Call? I tried listening to one but I got overwhelmed with info. What info is important, and other things I should look for during the earnings Call?

Just came back from lisboa, the real estate is crazy expensive. We stayed in Lapa, many of the locals can't afford to buy property. We went to Porta, I wonder if the homes are cheaper there. Overall I had a positive experience there, I would like to improve my Portuguese.
