The Pixel 3 recently launched alongside the new Pixel Slate and Google Home Hub. The Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL come with upgraded internals and a camera that's even better than last year's Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL. Plus Google has also added a bunch of cool features like Topshot, Photobooth, Playgrounds (which is basically AR Stickers), and Super Res Zoom. So how good is the Pixel 3 camera, and does it beat the dual cameras on the iPhone XS? We pit the Pixel 3 XL vs iPhone XS camera to see which is the best camera phone right now.

Even though I'm actually a Google fan and own a Pixel 2 XL, I have to be honest and say that I found this video to be VERY biased towards the Pixel 3. The iPhone was clearly better in dynamic range in some shots and the Pixel 3 messed up pretty bad with edge detection on some portrait mode pictures. Also the audio quality from the Pixel 3 is straight up garbage, while the iPhone Xs is amazing at it. You didn't talk about those things where the iPhone Xs is better, aside from one little mention about edge detection in one single shot. Also you said the iPhone oversaturates, but in the images you showed the Pixel is clearly more saturated than the iPhone. Aside from those points, I agreed with everything you said, but I wish you were more impartial. The comparison itself was great btw 😃
Do you plan on making a video showing their zoom capabilities in images and videos in good light and low light? It would be very interesting!

2 people cant be wrong ( zone of tech and supersaf TV ) Go and checkout their camera comparison on their youtube channels.
According to their reviews. Pixel is only better with its front camera. Rest both the phones give a tough fight for the best camera phone crown. Overall both the cameras are equally good...
One thing we should consider is that the price they come at. In that aspect pixel is better.

It really looks like you purposely made the iPhone pics blurry and purposely shook the iPhone on video this was so biased. I’ve watched many reviews and I agree pixel is good but anyone can see you purposely were very bias.

Pixel 3 is grt ....but u just cannot say iPhone xs is that bad .... Indian reviewers are just too biased towards the pixel 3 just bcoz it's pricy .... Supersaf review shows that both phones r quite even ... N pixels video quality was no match to that of iphone ... 🤷🏼‍♂️.... Plus India me leta kaun hai pixel ??

In term of photo pixel 3 wasn't miles ahead of iphone... actually I preferred iphone for more than half of photo .... pixel is better in terms of selfie but as for video iphone was better than pixel

I am biased towards pixel and dont like iphones in general, but....
the video quality(rear camera) was much better on iphone though pixel had better stabilisation.

This review is so bias, the reviewer sounds like he doesn't know anything about photography, look at all those crushed shadows on the pixel, you can edit/save lack of contrast from the iphone, but you can't recover crushed shadows on the pixel. Talk about oversharpening, the pixel 3 images are obviously oversharpened that is why they look sharper and more detail lol.

I'm not defending the Pixel 3 nor the iPhone Xs but boy you do not know what you're talking about. You just prefer the picture that has more contrast, completely ignoring the actual quality of the photograph. Zooming in with fancy effects doesn't make your "analysis" any better.
