Google has got to fix the RAM management on the Pixel 3. There is a memory leak or bug somewhere. Most people think it's because of the amount of RAM but it isn't. My Pixel XL with 3gb of RAM will hold more apps in memory than the 2 XL and 3XL. It's not about the amount of memory.

Ram management fix!!
All the pixell has been having ram management and making it reload apps after like 4-5 are open. There's a fix for it, this is because of powersaving mode that android 9 introduce to pixel phones on android pie ((adaptive battery) now just turn off adaptive battery On your phone and it seems to fix the problem apps don't close anymore and have to reopen. Make sure to RESET your phone after turning it off.
