Vegas Pro 16: Render in 21:9 Cinematic Aspect Ratio! In this video, I will be showing you how to render in 21:9 cinematic aspect ratio without the use of overlays! This is the correct way in order to achieve the 'cinematic black bars' you want.

I found this video while trying to find a better way to remove the "Top and Bottom Black Bars" AKA Letterboxing.
I had downloaded a Music video in an aspect ratio of 1920x1080 but it had the Black Bars..
this made it so that I could remove the black bars and keep the quality of the original MV!

I also have many clips would there be a way to crop the entire channel?

Is there a easier way to crop the individual clips? I often have 20+ clips in my projects and it is time consuming to change the aspect ratio. I use presets but I was wondering if you could just somehow add the crop like you can add effects?

What if my source file is already 2560x1080? Vegas seems to change the aspect ratio to 1920x1080, and if I manually change it back the video has the black bars on each end unless I zoom in. Is there any way to keep the 2650x1080 source footage without having to zoom and change height?
