1- Press Windows Key on your keyboard and type in powershell. Right-click Windows Powershell (Desktop App) and select Run as administrator
2- Now paste the following command -

C:/Users/name/AppData/Local/

4- Locate the folder named TileDataLayer and delete this folder.
