I also received the same error that you got. " Diskpart failed to clear disk attributes". Any solution to this?

2:40 about this part, to me it only says "DiskPart failed to clear disk attributes" but the computer is still telling me that "The disk is full or write protected"

I tried doing this for my m.2 but it still shows "read only" on "computer management". Anything else I can do?

Hours and hours screwing with this problem. Web sites, how to's and everyone with "solutions" that never even came close to working. Going through the registry and the deepest bowels of the operating system.
And all I needed was a 3 minute video to fix it.

my disk is also disk 0 and when i ran “attributes disk clear readonly” i got the same error as shown in the video. can someone help me?

Thanks a lot. Worked like a Charm, i just bought a Lacie rugged mini and it was write protected, the toolkit software from Lacie didn't had any unlock options and technical support never answered. You just made my day.

Thanks for this! I have not had to deal with this before. My brand new disk was write protected before initialization... that is the first time I have seen that. This worked perfectly for me.

hi ..i tried all the method to format my ssd. but i couldn't format the ssd .when i tried to erase the data its showing all data are removed but all datas are still there.do you have any idea to solve this issue?

mine says it was cleared successfully but when i try to format it, it still gives me its write protected.
my sd got corrupted after a dashcam use.
