Im actually curious, cause its high possiblity bakugou hallucinates and accidentally useda razor instead of a toothbrush but theres no blood so that is not possible, it can also be depression since you have no motivation for anything, leading to lack of hygene, and yellow teeth, but yet again he’s only at such a young age. It can be from sexual assult where someone might have forced his mouth shut to keep him quiet which might have ousged his teeth back since his jaw is yet weak. But if it isn’t for the teeth it can be a serious disease, or possibly other tyoes of in-mouth or throat injuries.
