Honestly looking at this armor and it's placement it may have been meant to be something more perhaps a unique reward for exploration or a quest but due to time, hardware and/or budget restraints it got locked outside the border and the assets were left behind (whether intentionally or not) or they straight up screwed up the barrier placement

Im thankful there’s a mod creator who knew exactly what Bethesda was doing for the 10, 000 leagues under the sea dlc because he was a worker who was working on it and made it a downloadable mod

I actually ran into it while looking for the marine armor, and I was thinking it a glitch, so I used some commands to get to it and get it

I FINALLY got Fallout 4 on my Xbox Series S. I got the Game of the Year edition too since my PS4 controller has stick drift. It’s a very complex game but man oh man is it amazing. It doesn’t even crash like everyone says either! Absolutely cannot wait to get the Marine Armor from Far Harbor.
