You can Turn EVERY Location Setting OFF, in Every Area, & GOOGLE will still turn your phone's GPS back ON... It's creepy as all get out.
I don't use Google Maps, Search, or much of anything else Google (only Gmail & YouTube), but they've still got CONTROL of my phone... Even after Disabling almost everything & turning the Location OFF on EVERYTHING inside the phone!!
There's no such thing as OFF GRID!!
