I'm really glad you made a video about this! This is something I've been asking myself lately. After getting my PhD, I wanted to push myself further in my field. My job already required me to teach and do research for my university, so I've been playing around with different projects. One of which was starting a YouTube channel. It was a little nerve-racking at first, but it was one of the best decisions I ever made! It has really challenged me to be on my A-game, and I've actually learned a lot along the way! So to answer your question, my next step is to continue working on this channel. It's currently at 50 videos, so let's see if I can create 100 videos by the one-year mark.
