Agree with the adrafinil point about the crash and irritation afterwards. Got 30 caps collecting dust bc of that. But have finally landed on a decent stack that works for me based on your videos.

But this stack is great bc I dont feel numb like phenylpiracetam and adrafinil made me feel. I just feel like a better version of myself.

what's your ranking in terms of effectiveness and could you cycle these so you take a different one each week day to stop tolerance.

I use modafinil to keep me awake. I used to use it for added focus when reading. Now that I have a job, I use it so I dont feel lazy when working. Im usually horribly irritable when Im not on it and taking modafinil helps me complete my tasks and less irritable when dealing with people

Hi, I've had kind of depression, brain fog, concentration problems, lack of motivation for 1, 5 years. I'm on john's wort which helps a little bit with my depression but not with my anxiety. My doctor wants to put me on ssris. You think modafinil is a good idea instead. At least trying it out.
