As a mom of 5 who just had a baby I make time for myself by doing a little “spa” routine once a week at home!

Every Saturday or Sunday I like to do an extensive skin care routine where I do masks, facial treatments and more! I top it all off with a warm drink and a show snuggled up on the couch after the kids go to bed! Sometimes they don’t go to bed though and they will join me 🤗❤️

It’s so easy to get caught in a slump with a newborn because mommas are learning that there isn’t as much free time like before. I make sure to do my self care routine every morning and night because it’s my relaxation time and helps me recharge! Baby needs a happy momma and that’s what makes me happy!! 🥰

Im so glad I don’t have to be a mother 😅 and never will be. Almost anytime I see a video with children it constantly cements that idea in my brain.

I love this!! I’m 6 months pregnant with my first and your videos make it seem such a joyful (albeit not easy) new chapter to look forward to with my husband! I think people always say, “Just wait…” and other stuff to scare you like your life is over but your content really makes it seem like a joyful and fun new adventure to have children!

My baby is due in 3 weeks and I’m so excited but also extremely nervous. Thank you for giving me some confidence and reassurance that everything will be all right. Becoming a mother is intimidating but it’s also the most meaningful thing I’ll ever do in my life ♥️

I’m 21 married with a 7 month old and I really need to work on a self care routine 😅
As long as my baby is happy I’m grateful and content. But I should definitely prioritize me time and self care

I love that you show self care, it’s so important. I’ve just had my first and he’s 9 weeks old. Trying my best to continue with my usual self care routine because it’s what makes me feel like me. Love your content!

I wish I was smarter when I was younger. 3 kids with someone who treats me like a second class citizen and like they are my responsibility because I birthed them. These videos were cute but now I'm sad, lol. Glad there are some women out there with a proper man!

On a side note I heard a Dr. staying that Turmeric should be taken alongside black pepper (and raw). It needs more roper to be absorbed by the body.

....self care routine from a sahm homeschooling mother of 1...wake up before the house, shower and get dressed, leave the house WITHOUT THE KIDS as often as you can.

Alone time away from the house is key....the food and all is good...but nourish your soul as well.
