Показать описание
Air Change Per Hour (ACH) is a measure used in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems to quantify the rate at which the air within a space is replaced by fresh air from the outside. Specifically, it refers to the number of times the air in a room is completely replaced with fresh air in an hour.
For example, if a room has an ACH rating of 4, that means that the entire volume of air in that room will be replaced with fresh air four times in an hour. The ACH is often used to ensure that indoor air quality is maintained by controlling the concentration of pollutants, odors, and other contaminants.
The ACH can be calculated by dividing the amount of air flowing into or out of a space by the total volume of that space. HVAC engineers and designers use this calculation to determine the necessary size and capacity of the air handling units and ventilation systems needed to meet the ACH requirements for a particular building or space.
