Cubic Feet per minute is a measurement of flow e,g in case of blower or fan , it indicates how much air it can move per minute.
Air Change Per hour is a measure of air volume added to or removed from a space in 1 hour.

what about the duct length ? the calculated CFM should be modified according the duct length, size and the distance where the exhaust fan will be located!
how can i calculate all these variables to get the correct the CFM ?

Pehle aapne acph 2 suppose kiya isiliye 36 cfm aya, phir apne 36 cfm k hisab se acph 2 bataya . Lekin ye bataona pehle 2 kaha se aya
