I ever get this situation for almost 1 years . Even our vessel used 2 anchor with support by ASD TUG.

As it happens I was just on a fast ferry in the Canaries - the ones they use there are tri-hulled rear ramp designs so they essentially have to moor stern first. However they've got a lot of thrusters for manouevring in harbour which must make this sort of thing much easier!
