I dont think the value or reason are all as easily dismissed. I would think there is a value. Not to mention it seems very beneficial for much of Europe, where nearly everyone is required to severe a year or 6-8mths really. And how do you know this is more than we need. You don't know what you don't know. To have to bring millions up to speed when you need them tomorrow. Is not a waste
