Ghee or butter 2 tbs melted
Milk powder 2 tbs
Baking soda half tsp
Yeast(Khameer) 1 tsp
Milk lukewarm 2 cups and water 1 cup lukewarm for kneading
For Coating sesame seeds(Safaid til)
Black seeds (kalonji)for coating
Egg =1
Melted butter for brushing
