The title of the video is DiplomaNcy. The "n" apparently gets lost in there. It's a made up term describing the way a high charisma player uses any of the charisma-based skills to magically bend the world to their will. We know that they're bluff checks.

I love how Kyle’s character goes from “blind panic” to “wait it’s working” to “this damn fool will fall for literally everything I say! I hereby name you Greg and accuse you of chicken-murder!”

Amusingly similar thing happened in one of my D&D games. One player avoided getting caught by the guards by claiming to be an entertainer for Jeff's birthday (a random name he came up with on the spot). A few dice rolls later and all the guards are in this one room (and not at their posts where the rest of the party were) jumping out and yelling surprise as Jeff walked in. It was his best birthday yet.
