I am not a Catholic but I love what Bishop Fulton J Sheen showed me in such a wise and gel the approach.. He was not all fire and brimstone. and even once in a while he made a joke at we all laughed about. He had a way of showing and telling you things that others may spend years and not leave you with a clue of what they wanted you to know. If I had been older, I would have spent quite a bit more time listening to this wise and learned man, and to the information he was always sharing to all that wanted to hear. I am now older then he was buy Still learning each time I find on of his sermons.

My father, a convert to the Church, loved him, so that I grew up on Life is Worth Living. I was fortunate to hear him preach at the Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington, DC. I worshipped often at the Shrine. Bishop Sheen was the only one who was such a great speaker that he actually used the acoustics of that large church to enhance his sermon--all others tried to fight, to their dismay. I still love listening to him. Thank you for this channel.

Yes, he totally is a saint. I’m not waiting for the church to tell me that I know that already. I pray to him for intercession just like I do other things. And there’s plenty of saints up there that aren’t designated by the Catholic Church. I’m no longer going by that. Do you know about Corrie TenBoom?
I say it, but she was not Catholic. Let’s stop thinking in a box and get out of the box. Bishop Sheen is a saint. Yes he is.
