The ISS has several new modules already, so it’s being replaced in place. This will continue and at some point the new modules will be moved away from the old to establish their own stations. The ISS won’t be replaced by one station but several.

Are you kidding during the static fire tiles fell off it may take off but it will never make a re entry unless they fix this problem and it’s a big problem

As the SLS is an incredibly expensive technological dinosaur, would it not be better to use it as the core of a new fuel depot space station rather than burning up on re-entry every time it is launched. This would be a way to cancel present plans for SLS which is just a money sink starving other worthwhile projects. And SpaceX will need orbital refuelling capabilities soon.

The heat shield tiles are a tough nut to crack. On one hand they need to be solid and stay in place in flight, while on the other hand they must be easy to remove and attach. These are directly opposed goals and it will most likely take a while until this issue gets solved.

Next generation space station? SpaceX will nail it. They probably have a solution developed already. In-situ convertible Starships. Boost them up with super-heavies, then push out the tanks and extend out the station from the cargo section. Done.
