I so wanted to do this when I went there in 2019! Unfortunately we didn’t know we needed to plan better, so we arrived shortly before the last self guided allowed time, and the gal at the Intersport disapprovingly indicated we could not go because our sneakers were not good enough, and we wouldn’t have time to rent boots and get going in time 😣

We did this (on our own) in October 2022. Sadly the zip line wasn't available, but we totally enjoyed the rest of the hike. I remember my knees getting weak on the cliffside section. It was probably my favorite section, but also made me the most nervous. Great video! We'd totally do this again!!

My kids are very excited to do this, so it's on our 1 day itinerary of Mürren. I bought your 1 day Mürren travel guide and will recommend it to everyone interested. It's awesome. While they do Via Ferrata, I will follow some of your options on the guide.
Question: We arrive with the Swiss Travel Pass in Lauterbrunnen. Are most of the cable cars, etc from there 50% for us? Thanks for clarifying!!😊
