again apologies if you've already discovered my tip in a future episode, i tend to have to write my comment before i forget what i was going to suggest.
the 3x3 crafting grid upgrade would mean you can craft straight in you inventory without the need for your crafting table. it would give you an extra inventory slot which would help with both storage management and taking out an extra stack of valuable loot, however you would have to combat the disposal system now. it would me you can craft easier on the fly and you wouldn't have to keep putting down and picking up your crafting table and you can still craft even if you have no wood or limited access to wood. it would also allow you to craft in an emergency situation as long as you are quick buttoned, know your recipes and obviously have the ingredients. cant bake a cake with no eggs (well you can but shush, just bask in the glory of my quip).

I really think they should've put a chest on the starting platform and put all of your unlocked items in that instead of straight in your inventory. I think they missed out a lot on making that platform upgrade with unlocks as well as a sort of starting base.
