The devs are not joking when it comes to this mode being HARD
For barbatos when you died to him
His nose was ment to be open but the one Ryan met has his nose CLOSED
These are very small details that you NEED to pay attention in order to survive:
The details on their eyes, wrinkles, nose and their teeth(which in order for you to see is making them talk)

Love that all of these are named/designed after death/afterlife myths from different cultures, or things like long-standing eldritch mythos from lovecraft's (and others) work. There's even a silent hill reference. (Though I wish the king in yellow had been included, it's my favorite eldritch storyline. Maybe next time!) The devs really did great with how creative this update is. Can practically hear the fandom screaming in joy over them making the milkman into an emo/scene/goth vampire. Especially since they were already giving him the tumblrsexyman treatment. Really excited to see what the devs do next.
