USE THE CHECKLIST, IT IS VERY IMPORTANT AND HELPFUL!!

That little paper on the table is the checklist!! It'll have these:
ID, Appearance, Entry request, On the list?

Ticking (✅️) the list is unneeded, but you can still use it to make sure.
But, crossing (❌️) it can help with some things.

When you cross, you'll be able to question the person (when you cross, there will be text on the bottom of the checklist you'll be able to click to question them).

The person that wants to go in MUST show their ID and entry request.

Example: The person who comes through the window doesn't show their ID and/or entry request (it can be both or either one), you can cross on the checklist and question the individual. It's usually just because they forgot to show it tho

Maybe their appearance looks weird? You can question them about it (not important, but you can still just see their reaction).

On the list, there's a list of people that changes each day (the paper that is right below the 3312 note)

The people on it can be the people who wants to go in the apartment.

If they aren't in the list, you can question them.
They can either have a reason, or don't and think you saw it wrong.

Think, one advice you should really use is. USE THE CHECKLIST. It ain't there for decoration, you ACTUALLY USE IT to QUESTION PEOPLE about each of the four things : ID, appearance, entry request and presence on the list. It's how you get them to present their documents if they don't show it. If something's weird about the document you can QUESTION them about it. Remember this rule : EVERYONE's gotta show their papers, you're a doorman, you should not let that pass. Sometimes you easily get them by noticing they have no idea what an ID or entry request even is ! So do those steps first and call their apartments last. Also proceed methodically when calling : if it's two people from a same apartment, you KNOW that they're both absent if they're both on the list. The list basically means they're out and then you cross people based on whether they've gotten in or not. Hope you'll succeed using these tips, they're a keepsafe normally if you do things well !
