How is going you knee, Rokas (I'm not on any social media except YT). I saw a video on the juji-gatame (the technique who was used on you if i'm not mistaken) and how it can destroy somebody knee if done wrong or with bad intent (which was obviously done to you), it is really messy, so I really hope you are getting better and that it will not impact you long term.
