Careful tho
Keep it in a small corner with protection, all along the tables and walls anything that becomes contaminated can not touch anything noncontaminated or else it would also be contaminated. Make sure that u wash and cure properly because some people have really big reactions to the chemicals and if you give this to a customer with a big reaction, it’ll be really bad

Buying a formlabs as your first resin printer is crazy

The real solution is just having backup/multiple Bambu Lab Printers lol. just have 3, and spare nozzle assemblies, can swap them in sub 5 mins if your get good at it.

You should make a clear purple chasings with a bit of gold accent.
You should also do better cable management for the seethrough ones.

The only reason I dislike Resin printers is that you need a washing and curing station, also an enclosure with fume filters, splash guards, and that drives the price up quite a bit.

We got a form labs at our shop. The post processing of SLA is quite a bit more than FDM. Also the support nips can take away from the nice build quality. However the material properties are way better. Good luck!

Have experience with FDM and a little with resin. I would really recommend switching to resin; the time alone makes it well worth it. If you can afford a Fuse printer, I'd recommend it. The parts come out great and no support needed. Youd have to do tests for the sturdiness, though

Be careful about which Resins you use, since resin prints over time can be more crack prone, especially after more UV exposure, probably want to use the "tough" series resins or something similar. Having a formlabs 4L would've been nice to do largers runs in one print. MinWin car parts guy makes his own resin, maybe you can ask him more, he makes his fuse spacer thing with resin I believe

My friend has a resin printer. Whenever he uses it it stinks up his entire house and he smells like toxic gas for the rest of the day. So TBH just buy yourself an extra X1c or P1S they will be way easier to use

I love your product very much and i am very jealous ( i wish i could afford it but i live in a 3rd world country known as egypt and this product is around 2months of my moms salary not including import taxes shipping and handling, would really appreciate it if you could make it cheaper in the future as i have chronic tmj and this could really help those with chronic tmj in 3rd world countries if it was between 20-40 usd (still way too expensive but much cheaper and more affordable for us), i know you make these on your own and manufacturing costs, including labor, parts and stuff are more expensive in the usa so this is just a suggestion

lol nah, resin is not gonna replace fdm bambu. use an a1 it wont have fans fail and its so much easier to fix. resin printer gonna be so much harder to cure and clean etc. ur gonnahate it

Good luck! I personally gave up resin printers for production due to their inherent messiness, requirement to use isopropyl acohol to even clean the prints and just overall safety concerns. How will you cure the inside parts of your design? I have a sneaky suspcion i will be very hard to do, and having resin leak onto somone's face would be awful..

Oh, and i started getting ekzemas because of the resin printer too...

Don't use regular resin as it'll be way too brittle. Do some testing around for the resin you need for your product.
