How to make Larabars Bites at home

Hey everyone, I'm back and this week I show you how to make your own fruit and nut energy bars/ bites with a super simple recipe that is easy to follow and takes no time at all and requires no baking. So excited to share this with you guys and help you to recreate one of your favourite energy snacks and save a lot of money.

Homemade Larabar:
1 cup pitted dates + 1 cup roasted (raw) nuts + 1 cup dried fruit
thats is thats all you need. place in food processor or power blender and slowly process till you have one blended ball then flatten to cut into bars (after then spend some time in the fridge) or pinch and roll into mini ball bites. A few short hours in the fridge and you have a nice chewy energizing snack to get you though your physically or mentally intense day.
I hope you enjoy trying this recipe out at home. I had a lot of fun coming up with cool combinations and still cant believe how easy these pricey health bars were to recreate.

How to roast nuts:
Layout raw nuts on a flat baking sheet. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees F. Roast nuts for 5-15 minutes depending on the nut keep checking on them till they are golden brown (you should be able to smell them when they are ready). Remove from oven and let cool before starting your energy bar recipe.
