If we have a result and our test was held before 24 September. So that test will be acceptable or not ?

Can anyone please tell me, my visa is rejected for 2 times, in ukvi health and care worker as a skilled worker visa. First time is for low ielts score and second time is for cos. Now i am going to apply third time for visa. That time both documents are ok.now there is no issue.now My question is for those two rejected issue my third time visa is affected or not. Can i get my visa easily. Please suggest me.

You need makevig clear which exam .also then havd go retake it again .because keep changing names if exams .one exam for all .all same English exams cause more stress .one exam should bd enough for all .because mh husband was told to do a certain exam .passed it then changed it .threw his claim to visa .stress you caused .we had go to appeal thank god won. Now has yo resit another exam .payvout again. Nog happy .we paid fast track it's taken months .
