i got only tier 1 and 2 and crafting sigils is greyed out, im lvl65 and got no clue(on world tier 3)

Ive been searching and searching on how to craft sigils and no video was telling me how to unlock how to craft sigils. I watch this guy and he tells me how its unlocked in 3 minutes. Kuddos!

Careful. Make sure you have time to complete them after activating sigils. As I used my first Nightmare sigil but had to jump offline and then when i came back the Dungeon was no longer Nightmare and the Sigil is still used even though I never even entered it. So for those who have power outage issues or internet stability issues get ready to lose lots of sigils.

Is higher levels only avaliable 70 plus? Doing nightmare 50 - 70 but get nothing but level 1

This video was great, but im not even getting sigils to drop, im doing "normal" dungeons in tier 3 as well as things highlighted by the tree of whispers and still not abkle to get any sigils, am i doing something wrong??? thanks to anyone that took the time to read this

What is the drop rate for the sigil? I’ve gotten two caches from the tree and neither cache had a sigil. I’m on WT3 so as far as know they should be dropping when I open the tree caches

I'm having an issue getting the sigils. I completed the campaign. Completed the Tree of Whispers quest on t3. Handed it in on tier 3. Cache doesn't have a sigil. I've handed in 5 or 6 more caches, none of them have a sigil. I don't have any prio quests and I don't see any of my map. No idea what I'm doing wrong.
