How I Rescued My Grandma's Potato Varieties

When my grandma stopped gardening, I was faced with an important question: what to do with those last potatoes she grew? Do we eat them, or should I grow them?
And I decided to grow them. After all, those were the varities we all loved. The potatos we ate for dinner all the time. I simply couldn't not grow them.

I'm not the best gardener. I'm especially not the best potato grower. But the truth is I didn't need a good harvest. I just needed enough to plant again next year.
So, I popped the last of grandma's potatoes on one of my garden beds and waited for a harvest. It was enough. And so, this year, I planted them again. And that's the process I'm sharing with you in today's video.

Today's video is not a potato growing guide, but simply a video about growing heritage. I hope you enjoy it.

man really well made video, I think if you add soft music to the background of the silent parts it would give a much more cinematic feel but I personally like the quiet, natural sounds of birds and snipping and leaves crunching.
glad I found your channel 🤙
