REMNANT: FROM THE ASHES - Assault Rifle and Spirit Trait Location

Here's how to get the Assault Rifle and the Spirit Trait in Remnant: From the Ashes.

The Spirit trait increases mod power generation by 2.5. The trait can be acquired by selecting the Ex-Cultist Archtype at the beginning of the game. However, if you chose a different archetype (Hunter, Scrapper) it can be earned in game by completing the Dungeon "Supply Run" side quest. The same quest leads to the Assault Rifle. This video shows you the way. Enjoy.

if you want trait shadow walker. you must go to The dungeon Hunter's Hideout.
The dungeon is in earth, full of trap. when entry the dungeon a dying woman give you the key, of the room in the end. if you reach there and open the door you get the Trait, and in the room there is a purple gun, Hunting pistol... Strong but only one ammo

Since the new adventure mode added to the game, instead of running the story mode, go in adventure mode and it should be the first dungeon you come across on your way. If its not the wide open cavern entrance one just reroll the world again. Also inside the dungeon, make sure its Sorrow Field and not The warrens.

It seems like a lot of people I see commenting and stuff don’t really understand, every single different persons game is randomly generated with different encounters, so you may not get a lot of stuff someone else got in their game, it’s how they devs decided they wanted to get people to re play the game.

Seems I got no luck in getting an assault rifle. Checked the few dungeons around as the area shown in the vid ended up not generating for me. In the end I got a "Hunter's Pistol" instead.

Why does this game feel the need to hide all these weapons when it should be unlocked with progress? I’m like 12 hours I’m going back for this too, been playing with the same pistol and shotgun the whole time.

Odd how I saw that section of the RNG earth map where that boss enemy is but I don't recall fighting him, I got the Liz protection area attached to that helicopter guy.

Is there a way to tell if this dungeon is going to be in your run without having to constantly re roll and just play through to after the church and pray RNG gives you it? Not that I have a problem, more grinding more levels, no complaints, just collecting all the gear in the game now and the assault rifle has been a pain to get.
