He's not drunk he's overheated and this happens a lot with the soldiers a lot of them pass out from heat exhaustion

This was probably filmed during the heatwave as where he came from is where they’re able to get a drink of water. My thoughts are that’s he’s probably overheated and maybe even close to fainting, maybe from his helmet as that thing is heavy & after a while it digs down onto your head, preventing blood circulation.
Hopefully he managed to get help afterwards if it was needed.

I used to work nights as a security woman and that is exactly how I felted tired. The legs gives way no balance. Take a few days rest and you be seeing sunshine shining through your face. 😇

The amount of checking and re checking the soldiers before they do a duty is unreal no way would he have gotten past his officers drunk.
