Unable to start session for kernel Python 3. Select another kernel to launch with.... I tried all options and none worked, anyway to fix this error?

Little bit lag I think, when I type a character, it shown 0, 25-0, 5 second later in my monitor.

This video approved that.

It happen on big notebook only, over 150 cells + has many graphs
