UiPath CEO believes artificial intelligence will add jobs and make work more creative

UiPath founder and CEO Daniel Dines tells CNBC's "Squawk Alley" that he believes artificial intelligence won't not eliminate jobs, but rather it will eliminate mundane tasks while making existing work more creative and engaging.

Automation will make companies more productive, they will increase revenues and have more money to expand and invest in other things that will still require people. If governments are good, companies would even pay their employees more. Instead of paying two employees $1, 000 each, you can automate one and pay the remaining person $1, 300, saving $700 in salaries and increasing the wage of your remaining employee.

That increases the employee's purchasing power and helps the economy by increasing demand for more services and products.

I believe Automation Anywhere will be their main rival in the Robotic Process Automation sector. And trust me, no one in business of automattion would say that it would affect jobs. In fact, jobs are decreasing exponentially because of productivity boost provided by technology. I see that only two kinds of people will have lives worth living: the rich or the intelligent. Next recession is going to be a pretty funny one.
