Appears that if I want to use ai to automate my work tasks I will have to connect it with my work operating system. Sincerely doubt that I will be able to do this because info includes non public information. Is there anything that I can do? I really need to automate some tasks. I primarily have data in an Excel spreadsheet which is transferred to template forms and emails. Please help
