Most of my prayers are me giving thanks. So much to be grateful for from my provisions to the day to day natural beauty not to mention my life and opportunity that was provided to me through YAHWEH'S love for me by providing this wonderful EARTH AS A HOME!!! so much more

Yup, just look at ourselves in the mirror, take a deep breath, look at our families, our children... just by doing that I feel the need to do prayers/acts of worship, coz the creator of all creations bless us with all that goodness... be grateful!
that is why me as a Muslim, does prayers 5x a day!

No, Jesus does have a father. The father made everything through the son. And prayer isn’t only asking for help, prayer is just communicating with God. You can be thankful to God or worship God in prayer

Jesus referred to another entity who was the Father. The reason being when Jesus entered creation he lowered himself lower than the angels and took to himself a human nature. So, Jesus has two nature's divine and human in the same person of Christ. The same way in quantum mechanics, light has two natures: wave and particles. The human nature of Christ had to eat, sleep, pray, etc. Prayer means dialogue. Jesus would not be speaking to himself nor would be an atheist not believing in God. He had to pray or speak to the Father in heaven. God exists everywhere. When Jesus came to earth, heaven was not empty. There was God in heaven as well as earth. God in heaven was the Father. God on earth is the Son. There are not two different Gods but the same God existing in different persons in earth and heaven. The human nature of Jesus prayed to the Father in heaven.

Jesus also came to show us the perfect way of living and his life on earth was temporary. God is not human but spirit and invisible. The Bible says we must worship God in spirit and truth. So, instead of directing his prayers to his human body which would result in the disciples creating graven images and statues of Jesus which the Bible condemns, Jesus directed his prayers to the invisible God in heaven. He directed his prayers to the Father in heaven. So, when Jesus left the earth, his disciples would know how to pray to the God in heaven. Jesus would return to heaven once he ressurects and be one with the Father and all prayers would be directed to him. Jesus says "ask anything in my name and I will give it to you".

By this argument, God sending angels to prophets shows His impotency.
Why does an omnipotent God use agents to achieve His purposes.

1.The argument first mischaracterizes prayer and it's purposes.

2. It fails to acknowledge the depth of understanding of God.

So it can dismissed.
