I remember decades ago, I was collecting my son from school and an angry parent started to be aggressive to the teacher. Without a single word being spoken, the other parents and I just moved into a circle around her, and stood our ground. The angry parent shouted a bit, then had no choice but to back off, and then we all just collected our kids and went home. It was so simple and so powerful. I feel we're like that now, quietly just moving into place, together. And there's nothing anger can do about it. Love always wins.

I had a very powerful revelation dream last night. Woke at around 3am with dream continuing with my eyes wide open. (3rd eye). Everything you are saying right now is in alignment.

This video resonates so much. I have ♓️ in my 8th house. I was supposed to get married on the 19th June but my partner decided last week that he’s not the one for me and that i deserve better. My whole world is shattering. For him to leave like this out of the blue is turbulent. But im trying to cling on to the hope that this is my activation for transformation. Learning to let go and start visualising a new future for myself. Thank you for helping us through some of the most challenging times ❤ we all appreciate you 🙏🏼

The breath work part (around 30 minutes in) is SO true! As a 20-year yoga instructor, I couldn’t agree more about the importance and POWER of breath. Putting it in perspective, think of how important the breath is- and the WAY you breathe- in child birth, sports, wind instruments… you can slow your heart rate, lower your blood pressure, release feel good hormones (serotonin/dopamine), etc.
I love breathing with Sandy on YT to add breathing techniques to my toolbox.

I was doing some breath work the other day, and my Self said to me 'when you inhale, you are taking in the cosmic energy, and when you exhale, you are adding your entire contribution to it.
