Not as you perform in 0.31 !!!
I tried it. In contrary to Boxing or Karate fist punch which comes from underneath this one comes from above without twisting the hand like a screw like in Karate.
Very powerfull. Only disadvantage you are telegraphing a coming strike. It can not be hidden or surprise. But definitely a strong punch.
Please do not feel offended by my remarks. I mean it good.

i think some of the forms described correspond to slaps, speacially over chest, face and to stop kicks, because of the way they use to train, their hands we strong enough so sustain and stops several hits, hold pinch and squeeze -allowed in pankration

Horizontal Elbow strike exist in some Shotokan Karate katas.
You can enhance this powerful strike with the other hand, pulling opponent head or neck toward the bone smashing elbow.
